E-learning Module on Gamification Goes Live on May 31st, 2023, following a Successful Virtual Live Session.
Zurich, Switzerland - FIFA Digital Skills continues to drive its mission to upskill the digital marketing and commercial capabilities of its 211 member associations, this time through the innovative concept of Gamification in sports. On April 27th, 2023, a comprehensive virtual live session on this theme was successfully conducted, attracting participation from around 60 representatives from over 35 FIFA member associations worldwide.
The engaging live session explored practical insights into the application of Gamification in sports. Discussions centred around the potential of Gamification to enhance fan engagement, personalise fan experiences, and unlock fresh avenues for revenue generation.
The session featured an in-depth examination of the FIFA+ Play Zone at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ as a real-world example of successful Gamification.

The programme went live on May 31st, offering an innovative and practical approach for all member associations to embrace the future of fan engagement.
