When does my FIFA Digital Skills E-learning Platform (Coursera) license expires?

The licence is valid until 1st September 2024, but in case of prolonged inactivity (30-45 days) it can be revoked.

What is the cost of the programme?

The programme is free of charge. It is a service provided by FIFA to its 211 Member Associations. However, as the idea is that the global football community benefit from the programme, in case of prolonged inactivity, licenses can be removed or reassigned.

What if I already have a Coursera account?

If you already have a Coursera account, you can add FIFA Digital Skills learning programme to your existing account. Connecting your accounts lets you keep all your certificates and courses in one place. No payments will be required by you. 

How do I register and activate my account?

To register, you can either be nominated by a colleague or your "project leader", or you can fill in the registration form yourself. Once this done, we proceed with the pre-registration, after which we will send you an email to activate your account. You will need to sign up using the email address and full name you were nominated/registered with and set a password of your choice. As simple as it sounds. That is all you need to be able to join our programme.

What is the role of the project leader?

Project Leaders are our main contact point in each Member Association, and they are the ones who have the power/right to nominate participants, as well as to request licenses reassignments or removals.

Can I get activity reports of participants progress in my organisation?

At the moment, this feature is only available for Project Leaders, and on request. If needed, we can send Project Leaders an updated summary of their MA members learning activity.

What if I have already completed the Creating a Digital Marketing Plan course?

If so, it's great that you have completed it. But there is much more content available on the platform to continue with your learning process. Some courses have been specially selected and recommended by our experts, but, if none of this fit what you are looking for, you can go to the search engine and seek for anything of your particular interest.
